Today Sony launched the firmware 3.00 update for PS4. This update includes the 'community' feature.
I have created a community for N++. Oddly there is no search option for communities but if you're interested in joining it anyway; Please look up my PSN (Nahoj-N) on your PS4 and scroll all the way down to the 'Communities' section, from there it should be self-explanatory.
In this community you can discuss or post about anything that is N++ related.
